Booking & Cancelation Policy
Booking Appointments

All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or during your visit.

A valid email address and phone number are required to secure your appointment.

Payment information may be required at the time of booking to hold your session.

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your session time at no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee equal to the full session rate.

Missed appointments (“no shows”) will also be charged the full session fee.
Emergency Exceptions

I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a sudden illness, accident, or other urgent situation, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
Payment & Fees

All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Latecancellation and noshow fees must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

Insurance clients are responsible for any fees not covered by their plan, including latecancellation or noshow charges.
Communication

Appointment reminders may be sent by email or text as a courtesy, but they are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for remembering their scheduled sessions.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please use the booking system or contact me directly.
Counselor Cancellations

In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will find the next available time that works for you.
