Booking & Cancelation Policy

Booking Appointments
  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or during your visit.

  • A valid email address and phone number are required to secure your appointment.

  • Payment information may be required at the time of booking to hold your session.

  • Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your session time at no charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee equal to the full session rate.

  • Missed appointments (“no shows”) will also be charged the full session fee.

Emergency Exceptions
  • I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a sudden illness, accident, or other urgent situation, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.

Payment & Fees
  • All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Latecancellation and noshow fees must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

  • Insurance clients are responsible for any fees not covered by their plan, including latecancellation or noshow charges.

Communication
  • Appointment reminders may be sent by email or text as a courtesy, but they are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for remembering their scheduled sessions.

  • If you need to make changes to your appointment, please use the booking system or contact me directly.

Counselor Cancellations
  • In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will find the next available time that works for you.
